We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates included.

  • Customized or engraved items are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.

  4. Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number for reference.

3. REFUND PROCESS

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 5-7 business days.

  • If the return meets our eligibility criteria, we will process a full or partial refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

4. EXCHANGES

  • If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewelry.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

  • Items marked as final sale.

7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

  • If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
